Campus Garage went over and beyond the call of duty when my vehicle stopped on me without any prior warning during the last 10 days. I am relatively new to Ames and we did not have a local mechanic in the area. My husband discovered this excellent resource as a result of going online and seeing the excellent reviews of these awesome mechanics. I have a foreign vehicle and the dealership is located in Des Moines. The car dealership is often terribly pricey for the exact same service. However Campus Garage and their entire business operations is first class and user friendly. I was able to easily access the services after hours online and make an appointment for diagnostics. I received an immediate response on the next morning. I was nervous regarding the long wait period it would take to have my vehicle repaired. They did NOT disappoint at all! We received clear and concise information on the problem plus knowledgeable answers to our questions from start to the complete of the work. Top notch service of my car and the return of my vehicle were both extremely efficient and outstanding. Look no further for a honest caring and totally customer centered business. "Campus Gargage" is the best. The follow up car on how my vehicle was running says it all. I have new mechanics within miles of my residence. Kudos to the entire staff and many thanks. MJ

Campus Garage is the best auto mechanic to work with! Although they indicated it may take a few weeks to get it in (which shows how in demand they are!) they were able to check it out within a day, identified the problem (caused by the dealership) and went above and beyond to fix it! They are so nice and knowledgeable! I will wait for them every time vs. take it elsewhere!!

Cannot recommend Campus Garage enough! They fit me in with a brake issue at the last minute when my regular garage wasn't able to. Knowledgeable, friendly, convenient and affordable. I'll be switching my car care here permanently.
