I had my first experience with Campus Garage, and it was everything I had heard. And more. Within a week of calling for an appointment, Campus Garage was able to get my car in. I dropped it off the night before...got a call the next morning. I was given a detailed list and associated costs. Everything was noted...and at a reasonable rate. There were no hard selling tactics. Just straight-up facts I assumed it would be a couple weeks or more before they could get to the repairs, but, happily, they could handle all repairs THAT afternoon. I was shocked. Not to sound cliche, but I will...Campus Garage has old-fashioned values. They really want you to be a repeat customer. Not a repeat customer by stringing you along with a charge here, there, and everywhere... but by building trust and a lasting relationship. If you're looking for mechanics who know what they're doing AND care about you as a customer, I highly recommend Campus Garage.
